Motion Control Algorithm Engineer

Develop motion control algorithms for humanoid robots.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize motion control algorithms for humanoid robots.
- Deploy and debug learned policies on real robots and address Sim-to-Real transfer challenges.
- Design, test, and validate robot locomotion and manipulation control systems.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and data engineering teams to improve overall robot performance.
- Contribute to the integration of learning-based control with traditional robotics control frameworks.
Qualifications
- A deep and genuine passion for Embodied AI is essential.
- Master's degree or above in Robotics, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of robot kinematics, dynamics, MPC/NMPC, Whole-Body Control (WBC), and classical control methods.
- Proficient in C++ and Python.
- Experience with robotics simulation platforms such as Isaac Gym, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, or equivalent.
- Passion for robotics with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
