Motion Control Algorithm Engineer

Singapore

Develop motion control algorithms for humanoid robots.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize motion control algorithms for humanoid robots.
  • Deploy and debug learned policies on real robots and address Sim-to-Real transfer challenges.
  • Design, test, and validate robot locomotion and manipulation control systems.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, software, and data engineering teams to improve overall robot performance.
  • Contribute to the integration of learning-based control with traditional robotics control frameworks.

Qualifications

  • A deep and genuine passion for Embodied AI is essential.
  • Master's degree or above in Robotics, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of robot kinematics, dynamics, MPC/NMPC, Whole-Body Control (WBC), and classical control methods.
  • Proficient in C++ and Python.
  • Experience with robotics simulation platforms such as Isaac Gym, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, or equivalent.
  • Passion for robotics with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
